……………………….Committee Works On Scripts
Six students, Barbara Torode, Evelyn Bartha, Dotty Durm, Doris Abbott, Carol Killman, and Mike De VIta, have been working for the past three months on the preparation of the scripts. Miss Klier, Miss Shores, Miss Reed, and Mr. O’Conner worked with the committee.
The scripts this year are woven around an idealistic theme: “Darkness into Light.” The four talks and the introduction will be very coordinated and closely interwoven in topic. “The script committee is trying to lead away from the presentation of speeches in a singular manner, ” said Carol Killman. Special lighting effects will be used to enhance and help convey the meanings and ideas found in the speeches.
